There are many photographs of old Talacre running days on this site, And although the railway has now gone I will leave them on here for old times sake!
As the layout changed and developed, new collections were added.
Sadly the present Talacre has now been dismantled but a new indoor layout is being built.
A New collection has started and more pics will be added as the new layout begins to take shape.

Most Recent Collections

	14th Oct 2009	The Saltney Railway. The new layout has been started.!! A building has been found and the new railway is rapidly taking shape. There will be WR and LM sides to the layout and it will be steam biased with diesel days interspersed as the mood takes. Watch this space!
	5th Oct 2009	Talacre, 5th October 2009. The end. Sadly, for reasons I can't go into, the layout has had to be dismantled. All signals, nearly all the track and most of the buildings have been recovered with only the baseboards being scrapped. We even salvaged about 2/3rds of the wiring. These are a few poignant views of the tracklifting process. Looks more like the Great Central Mainline around 1969..... RIP Talacre and watch out for a new layout coming soon!!

	11th Aug 2008	1T57. Our tribute. Talacres tribute to the 40th anniversary of the 15 guinea end of steam special on BR. 11/8/1968. Our very own 45110 with an approximation of the stock and headboard of this famous train.
	15th Jun 2008	After MIGO 2008 Exhibition A Few pics at the "after show party" at Talacre on Saturday 14th June 2008. The sun shone and the banter flowed. Nice to see a bit of visiting stock too.
	17th Mar 2008	Talacre in 2008 "KETTLE ALERT!". New Collection to bring you up to date with the Current Scene at Talacre in 2008. The layout has become more Steam based but its still O gauge and diesels are still running on it! All photos by Jon Fitness unless stated otherwise

	5th Feb 2004	Latest Photos Here are a few photos taken recently of Talacre new Loco,Well its not exactly new but is 37421 repainted into 37425 Concrete Bob It has been fitted with Roger Murray lights and Smoke unit by by Peter Clark of MIGO+1 fame...
	21st Jan 2004	Inter City HST 43002 and 43007 along with a rake of Mk 3 has been added to my collection to run on Talacre, Here are a few pictures....
	14th Sep 2003	Talacre running day 14th September Another beautiful day allowed a running day with a couple of new loco's 37422 built by Peter clark who also built my Class 31 (Now sold to Jon and re-painted yet again....!)
	19th Aug 2003	Latest Talacre Pictures 56100 is now 56006 re-painted and now in service !
	20th Jul 2003	Talacre Running day 20th July Sunday 20th July saw Dave Bramley bring 24081 for a run and Les Jones brought D210 , John Lawson brought 37411 and 33065
